Hit your pfp in the upper corner then go to settings.

Go to settings and click upload pfp and then choose whatever you want and you can move the thingy to adjust your pfp

click on your littel square icon at the top right corner and choose setting, there you would see an option to change the image

Oh, it seems the account restriction mode has switched off. I wonder how long is been since new users could start making accounts again
