Just wondering
Does anybody else get bored of a bl/gl or any romance in general once the mcs get together. Like I feel the only reason story’s are interesting are bcs the tension between the two. This heavily applies to enemies to lovers, it’s just boring once they get together idk. There’s a few I’ll still read but that’s only six or seven of them UGHHH idk I just can’t.
personally, not for me. I literally crave for the afterwards. I love to watch the couple be comfortable, content, happy, etc. its like a little healing after the tension. like in hurt/comfort fics or enemies to lovers, the tension is gone to make way for the safety/contentment of the aftermath.
I also hate it when its ends on an "omg im pregnant" A...... reply
It's the characters suddenly suddenly become different people once they start dating and i think it's cause the writers don't know how to maintain that chemistry once in relationship.almost like characters suddenly become caricatures instead of the intresting people we loved seeing interacting reply
Yes, only if it seems they're deep into that couple shit(Plus a lot of these characters and authors are so boring, which is why it's so boring to watch their romance is only the interesting ones that have the interesting romance/mundane couple interactions) because I don't like romance actually, so I'm not going to stay to see that stuff.
