i take it everyday & never had any issue with whey. if youre somewhat intolerant then try whey hydrolysate if you can find it. easier for digestion & most of the lactose is stripped   1 reply

I’ve never had a breakout from whey protein and I have very sensitive skin, but I could see that maybe happening if you have an intolerance to dairy. If you’re worried you could use other protein options like pea protein. There’s a bunch of different ones for vegetarian/vegans Hope that helps!   2 reply

If you've gotten a breakout, ask a dermatologist or even a fitness coach for advice. If not, and you are not allergic to any ingredients as well, then proceed with caution and try it out (maybe mix a little in with other protein that you usually use) and up your dosage once you see that it's not affecting you negatively.   1 reply

honestly it had a really bad impact on my stomach, and it’s how I found out im somewhat lactose intolerant - which breaks me out. and icl the gym bathroom always STINKS like what the fuck is coming out of their butts??? but im almost 100p sure it’s because of the protein powder. okay my point is try it out but don’t overuse it in the start   1 reply
