The dumbest ones are the ones where they apply or comment as if you said something you didn't say and then when you ask them where it is that you said that literal exact specific thing or topic(it's usually off topic or adjacent topic); one literally pretended like they were discombobulating, the other one went on a tangent ranting about that same ...... reply
