what do you guys do when you’re sad and idk you just stop doing skincare or even shower. how do you get back on tracks ?
i like to get a good sleep clean my room before doing an everything shower AND changing my sheets. then eat the best meal ever, like imagine cheesy noodles with meat, youtube on watching a vlog in ur new clean sheets.
Cleaning and an everything shower is SO real. I fall into these depressive episodes every so often, and every time I do, I feel like it's the end yk? But every single time, I pull through.
Sometimes, I just have to wait it out. Literally weeks of sleeping off the stress, starving myself until I can't go w/o food anymore, and crying it all out. Whe...... 1 reply
This is a weird trick but it 100% works for me when I’m in a rut and don’t really want to take care of myself, dye your hair :P or like toning hair it gives me motavation since I love freshening my dye job it makes me feel good about myself and it forces me to go take a shower to rinse out the dye and since you’re already there I take a nice ...... 1 reply
The thing is I know i should get up but I can't. I just imagine myself showering, brushing my teeth, doing the things i should do but I don't. I sleep all day the longest being 26hrs straight and then i get this sudden burst of energy only to find my periods here 1 reply

my friends usually make plans like going out that get me back on track. it feels like sort of an obligation then? and not a choice where i can choose to just bedrot and be ugly. theres usually a cycle where im a princess for a few weeks after hanging out with my friends then I revert back to my goblin ways reply
I've been struggling too and I think it's best to take it one step at a time and do things u enjoy. For me I like cooking and going to the grocery store. After I do it, I get more motivated! and of course some good food.

I don't know why, but I do this quite often. I just rot. I do it until I have some responsibilities I need to do. Like college starts, babysitting at my house (so I've gotta clean), forcing myself to meet friends because I've been ignoring my social life and they don't deserve that, etc. reply
