Either when is a dynamic with a controlling dominant and their "victim"/submissive, except the victim is a psycho who laid out everything down as bait and has the other wrap around his finger. In terms of yaoi manga/manhwas the closest would be Hellen or Akuheki, but sadly both have dubcon

Toxic in general just means the relationship shouldn't have worked, either one party keeps getting hurt or both of them are hurting each other, but something is keeping them together either through obsession or a twisted form of codependency. Personally i like it better when obsession is involved.
