When I was severely depressed & suicidal I def didn’t shower as much as I should’ve. Never went as long as a week without showering or anything, but maybe 3-5 days at some point. Can’t remember cause my brain zapped that part of my life from my memory lmao 2 reply
I think my record is almost 3 weeks during Covid when I was going through it… I’m fine now
But I only wash my hair like maybe once a week (hello fellow curly hair girls) but didn’t know that you could shower and not wash your hair so I would just wait like a week to shower to wash my hair since it’s a lot of work ,
