Looking for a manhua

Hi, I read this manhua a few years back but didn't save it or anything and I forgot the title.

It's a shounen ai manhua about this guy (mc) in highschool who has a crush on his classmate/senior (ML). MC was head over heals, would make lunch give it to him everyday for like 2 years but ml was clearly not at all interested. So after the 2 years mc realized it's time he gave up and stopped doing everything then suddenly the ML is interested in mc and the entire story is just about the ML trying to win back MC's love.

There is a plot point where MC left the country to get some heart condition treatment or something like that.

Anyways, I know this is like basically 80% of the plot of most manhuas but if anyone can help me find it, I would really really appreciate it
