1. Some people use them, I had one for orchestra so I didn't feel the need to get a hallway one. I've never seen a decorated one, but my mom said she decorated hers in highschool, so maybe that just happened more in the 80s.
2. Like a 2, fun fact you only need to be 18 to buy ammo, but you have to be 21 to buy spray paint (;_;)
