It probably depends on the reason of the shutdown. Copyright issues might have led to legal action or the website didn't have enough management and/or funding. If it's a funding problem it's probably gonna stay down unless there is an investor (?). Honestly, I'm kinda surprised websites like these can hold up for such a long time considering copyri...... reply
