I tried diy my hair, I usually dyed it at the salon and I'm confused
What's the difference between 9% and 12% oxidant, cus I used 12% and it didn't color... I mean ig my hair is black and I dyed it blue but still! I expected it to change a little. Should I had use the 9% one? Did I need to bleach my hair? About the brand it's bremod. I'm just grrr cus I planned to go back to this sem with dyed blue hair cus it was allowed again.
if ur hair is black and you wanna get it to a bright blue, you should normally use the 30 volume developer (9% hydrogen peroxide) mixed WITH BLEACH. make sure you get the bleach to developer measurements right as its on the instructions. and when ur hair is bleached, towel dry it, wait for some time. then finally u can apply the blue color dye. the...... 4 reply
