OP’s view on freedom almost sounds like the absence of existence—because to live means engaging with humanity in all its beauty and its flaws. That experience, by itself, feels like a privilege. For me, simply existing is a form of freedom. We have the ability, however limited or imperfect, to choose what we do each day. We shape who we become....... reply
