How to Cope With Impending Doom
kinda random but a question popped on my head on what will happen when a member of my family dies. we don't know when death will come. idc bout my own but i'm sure i'll shatter to pieces if i lost my parents or my little sister so suddenly and i can't imagine my life after that. i'm not going back to my parent's house this holiday cus i wanna be a bum with no consequences, but i'm scared now. help.
why are they dying? are they old? sick? stupid enough to cross the road without looking? i suggest not entertaining the worst case scenario and just making sure you look after the health and wellbeing of those you care about while making memories, cause i mean that's literally all you can control. reply
I remember being 8 y/o when I truly thought about the fact that someday I am going to die and everyone I have known so far or will get to know, would die as well. It took me a few days to come to terms with it ngl. I thought about it in detail from various angles and had a few realisations. Nothing ever lasts and that's fine.
