Well I’m not a doctor duh but if they look and feel normal, no lumps no inflammation or redness and just tender and sore it’s probably not cancer you can always go to the doctor if you’re concerned but they can hurt for alot of reasons, periods and pregnancy are the most common reasons lol reply
My personal thoughts:
1.Check for lumps if u think it's cancer, (feel around under ur arms and stuff)
2.maybe u slept in a weird position?

Most of the time breast cancer does not hurt (in early stages especially). Symptoms however varies. You can still check for lumps though. If you don’t know how to do that, just search for it on YouTube. There are nice tutorials out there. As the other answers have already said, breast pain can have various causes.
