profile thingy

Why did the want to read & reading thing on profile gone? Like it got back to zero as if im new to the site even tho mine used to have like 300+ (if im correct)?? Is it a glitch? If so, how do I fix it?? T_T.. I've been here for so long and it's my first time having this happened
