So with all this talk about if pirating sites go down.... got me thinking
why isn't there a library for adults to check out manga, comics, and novels specifically pertaining to smut (yaoi yuri ai all that ya know ya know what I mean.) I mean honestly, it seems like reading yaoi & yuri is becoming far more mainstream. Also thinking like digital too ya know like libby or whatever. I mean obviously minus the suppression laws in several countries and whatever bureaucratic red tape bs. Smut libraries should be a thing! Sharks I'm coming to you seekin 1 billion dollars for a 0% stake in my company ty.
Honestly that’s a very fun concept, if you throw a cafe in there it would be very cozy. And the cafe could do collaborations with different stories. Idk how many people would actually go to stay in the library itself after checking out a book, because some people might just be too shy to be reading smut publicly lol. There are actually some yaoi titles available through Libby and hoopla. Mostly it's the tokyopop licensed mangas. Of course with Libby, the library still has to purchase the title for it to be available to patrons. Public libraries usually accept purchase requests, you can try submitting some for yaoi manga, see what happens. 1 reply
