About the list - not working?

So this is about my other account. In my other account I had slowly begun getting my reads back. But I have on my own also been putting some reads in my list manually and now suddenly my reads are not coming back automatically. Did I disrupt the list from putting any reads in automatically? Im worried because its been 2 days and nothing has been added ever since I put some manually in. I need answers! Also has this happened to someone else?
