Am I allowed to be delusional

(I didn't want to ask for relationship advice on this site AGAIN but here we are, try telling a crack addict not to smoke crack)

A friend who lives 2h from me (we've known each other for like half a year and I've been kind of crushing on them for like a month) is coming over for the weekend (yes, including valentines day). We've been joke flirting for a while but its getting aggressive. We mostly text so its hard to decipher their intentions and everything, also, they're a terribly dry texter. I wanna be delusional and think they like me too and that I'll be coming out of this weekend a taken woman but what if they don't like me or just wanna have sex. I don't even know what my question is help please
