Since its valentines day and all, I had a sudden realization that I have a complete lack of pursuing a relationship. My friends on the other hand ask guys for their number and go out of their way to initiate a relationship. While im just there. Its not like I dont get attention from guys its just that Im never interested. My friend even said once "I can never see you in a relationship." and I agree with her. Im content with my own company. It just feels like im missing out on a grand experience.
Maybe its just not my time yet but I find it kind of absurd that I never had a 'crush' before like you do in middle school or high-school. Does anyone else feel like this?

You're probably aroace but to help you understand, some people in this world are just I guess lonely and want a companion to be with them. To love them for who they are or something. You're okay with your own company and that's completely okay. You don't need to have a love life to "not miss out" It's your life. Your choice. reply
I genuinely don't get the hype either and it's not like I've never been interested in anyone or relationships but I feel like relationships now a days are so draining.
