Cook a meal/lunch, make/buy a cake or cupcakes, you could even decorate the cake with some Valentine's candy.
Buy him flowers. Most men never receive flowers, and you'd be surprised how many would actually like that.
Have a movie marathon with his favorite movie series snacks, candy, popcorn, ect. Maybe even buy something themed of said series ...... reply
