Last time i remember i choose culunary not business like fuh you mean we have to make 4 pages per week about some business shit like what even is a fucking break-even revenue shit and wdym we gotta defend that shi next fuking month no no no no i hate this shit i havent had a single proper sleep this whole ass month all because of this stupid ass shit
they're prob prepping future restaurant (or a similar establishment) owners... you need to have some business and management knowledge for that to work out (even if you hire someone to take care of that). it can get confusing or boring but it's important stuff for them (although, it can feel like useless or filler knowledge to others) reply
