He and the doctor have a relationship kind of like Andrew and Terence Fletcher from whiplash as in this doctor pushes mc to the point of hurting himself in the name of becoming a better doctor, life goes on until ml starts his residency, he's the doctor nephew and it's obvious, the doctor start's treating the ml like mc wants to be treated by him #daddyissues and this start's a high key one sided rivalry.
