Need advice!
After going shopping tonight and realizing the only thing that I actively find pleasing on myself is an oversized shirt (and barely) I decided to fully use the gym from my college. That being said I know nothing about gyms and workouts.
Now I did some research online and TikTok about what I’m most concerned about (losing stomach fat) but I would like to hear from you guys as well.
For those who go to the gym for weight loss, what kind of workout do you use? And is it beginner friendly? (≧∀≦)
When losing weight you can't just choose one place unfortunately. However though I can suggest dancing for work outs with that! Cardio and walking around. Also controlling your food intake, calorie deficit. Reduce processed food and obviously sugar, btw I mean by processed food is a lot of store bought food. Idk where u live but mostly butcher shop...... reply
