After going shopping tonight and realizing the only thing that I actively find pleasing on myself is an oversized shirt (and barely) I decided to fully use the gym from my college. That being said I know nothing about gyms and workouts.
Now I did some research online and TikTok about what I’m most concerned about (losing stomach fat) but I would like to hear from you guys as well.
For those who go to the gym for weight loss, what kind of workout do you use? And is it beginner friendly? (≧∀≦)
Has anyone ever gone through a period of time where you feel as though something will get you?
I was genuinely convinced my dog was going to stand on two legs and kill me. I also think things are going to suddenly appear crawling and screaming when I turn off the light. I know nothing is there but I just have to close the door before that feeling reaches me.
