Sinusitis people where you at
Heyy guys Soo my sinusitis has cranked up these days and I have a splitting headache. It's like my head is splitting form the middle. I usually just use tiger balm and steam but this time it ain't working. I need yalls advice how do y'all control your headaches. Plz help
sometimes it helps, when i use nasal showers and drink a tea
disinfects the nose and reduces the swelling a bit for me
