All saved stories are missing

I left the site for a few months just cause and I came back today to see all my currently reading and read are gone except for two that I literally read like decades ago ?? Did I miss something ? Why is my account on a juice cleanse hello ??

Like I still have my lists and comments but I am so confused because all I had was one notification saying someone follow my omegaxomega list but like no story updates and most of the time I come back and there's like tonssss
