In which situation would wet clothes dry faster.
1. Windiest place-Windiest day on earth
2. Hottest place-Hottest day on earth
Based on experience hottest. Wind helps, but if it isn’t hot, clothes won’t dry as fast as they would on a hot summer day.

Scientifically, it is hottest place. Evaporation depends on both factors but heat is the dominant factor. (finally 11th grade science is of use lol)

I'd say the second option. Cause the water evaporated because of the heat/sun (of course as long as you're not wearing the clothes)
