Entire profile wipe?

Has anyone else had their entire catalog on their profile wiped near completely? I had over 2.5k+ manga saved in my “reading” and “already read” tabs on my homepage. But now they’re all gone. I’m js wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if there is anyway to revert it.
