I’ll go first, I genuinely think rap music sucks ass like some older songs are good but all this new songs are just mumble rap some of them don’t even sing like there saying anything. And I also just think it’s a bad influence on younger kids and teenagers like promote drugs and guns and being a gang member is good. And yes I understand not all are like this but I seriously think it’s such a bad influence and it just doesn’t sound good idk it’s just like wanting to be ghetto is like not cool?

that's js blatant racism. u don't have to like rap, but why tf u judging the entire genre based on SOME songs lyrics? like so many of them are legit about social injustice so idk wtf ur even talking about. i don't listen to that much rap, but i can't think of any songs that "promote guns and drugs and being a gang mem...... 1 reply
