I wish I wasn't so painfully aware of myself

I wish I could enjoy stuff without thinking how'd I look to others, how'd others feel towards me and or stuffs like that. I wanna be insensitive man, I'd probably enjoy mylife. I'd probably wouldn't care whay I fucking look, may it be shit or stupid I'd do what I want.
