lack of important tags on fics

so I just read this really good janka fic, but it ended up having them aged DOWN and having sex but THERE WAS NO TAGS ABOUT THIS AT ALL!!?? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and I have never been more pissed. I wasted my fucking night(it’s 3:30 am rn) reading what I thought was a peak fic but just ended up being cp and it’s not tagged. Im so mad CAN WE PLEASE TAG OUR FICS CORRECTLY GUYS. They are so lucky it’s a weekend right now, if I was late to school because of this I don’t even know what I would do but I would be extremely angry.

People always say AO3 is great because of the tags, but the times I've had to stop reading due to someshit that WASN'T FUCKING TAGGED showing up is in the triple-digits. For example, when one character starts calling the other mommy (or daddy, depending on what I'm reading) when there was NO FUCKING 'Mommy kink' tag. 1 reply

THEY ADDED THE TAG AFTER I ASKED THEM YAY but also underaged sex so not yay. Really sad cause the fic was genuinely super good but knowing that they’re 14-15 in it just ruins it :( reply

I can understand accidentally skipping some tags, but a whole ass "Underage Sex" tag doesn't just skip your mind! It's critical to the fic and the people reading it so they can know if they should skip it or not! reply
