Any of y'all have some weird/strange things you did as a child (or teen) when having a crush on someone?
When I was 9, for two years I kept a picture of a boy I had a crush on, cut out from the school yearbook, inside a locket necklace. The locket was too small tho, so I had to fold the picture twice and sometimes I’d take it out just to stare at it and daydream.
When I was 14, there was this girl in my class that I thought had the most beautiful hair - it was a strawberry blonde and looked like it was glowing in the light... Thus I snatched a strand of fallen hair and kept it.
wrote anonymous letters for him and left it where he would find and read it. went back and forth for awhile. he then asked who i was and to meet me etc. i then ghosted him bc i was a guy and i was pretending to be a girl. well, not really pretending. more like, he thought i was a girl and i never corrected him. so yea, i got pretty scared, cried to...... reply
