What do you guys do besides reading that actually helps for your well being? I feel like this vacation I'll go insane reading all of my list lmao For me, I do drawing. Though really this is just making me more sedentary than usual but the pros is that it keeps you alive ig
I do badminton to keep my body well-shaped but I probably won't this vacation. Because it's total hell (summer)
Lowkey nothing..... college is taking so much of my time rn, all I do is study all day and attend classes then impulsively hit the gym at random times of the day...like i won't workout for weeks then boom here comes the 3 hr gym session. Whatever time I get for myself i spend it reading manga or watching movies. reply
