Hope yall read this cuz i have no one to talk this to

Throwback to that time in 9th grade when we were told that we were going to perform a festival dance and our teacher told us to not go over board with the costumes since they will solely based on the dance and performance itself but my friends/president didn't listen and told us to pay 780 pesos for our costume not included props then my mom scolded me when she found out because she said that 780 pesos is like half of her salary the i told my friend aka the president of our class that i cant afford it and she just told me to choose wether i buy the materials myself or i let them buy it which doesn't make any sense because at the end of the day im still gonna spend the same amount of money but im the one buying and they was rushing us to give the full payment when they damn well know that not everyone have the money to afford it and looking back at it i could buy like loads of clothes from 780 itself and i shouldn't hve gotten mad at my mom for getting mad because i do agree now that 780 for a school performance exchage for a good grade is crazy because why are we lowkey spending that much money even thought if its like for school.
