emergency need advice

so my friend of five years recently started sounding more distant and i don't really know waht's going on because we didn't have an argument and I don't remember anything. we've known each other since late high school and would always eat with each other, plus we ended up going to the same university too and idrk if I should text her and ask her about it... but I'm worried that she'll ignore me... the last thing she sent me was:
