i need to say this, but soop2rang your stories are so fucking shitty… like okay spoiler RSQ : how can you write 2 seasons, with sweet moments ( yeah cool yummy ) then, write 30 chapters of pure ANGST fucking agony, JUST TO PUT A TIMESKIP AND MEMORY LOSS ????????? like holy shit i’m genuinely gonna lose it. red string quest was nice at first, pornslop okay period good. then okay agony angst oh not cool, they come back in the current timeline, we all thought it was over, that now we would get just happy chapters, and this fuckass author just HAD to destroy everything and put the worst trope in the world.
this is just wild as fuck. timeskip is already annoying, but memory loss….???? i know it’s gonna be a happy ending, of course it will. but my point here is that this author doesn’t know how to write a story at ALL.
and it’s not just RSQ, they released a new manhwa called « the hashtag is first love », and i’ve rarely seen such shittiest manhwa in my life. i’m NOT EVEN JOKING I WISH I WAS this fuckass straight love triangle where the MLs are TWICE bigger and taller than the skinny petite shy FL. bruh i can’t do this.
why is this author self sabotaging themselves? maybe it’s just my opinion but love triangle ; shy and dumb FL ; time skip ; memory loss, are all the worst tropes in stories.
tldr ; soop2rang can’t write a story, their stories hurt my head, i wasted my time reading 52 chapters for such a stupid story and it makes me frustrated as hell
I’ve never been a big fan of fated pairs/ love so I was always a little iffy about this story, but thought I could deal with it because it seemed lighthearted and the “fate” didn’t feel too forced even though it was hinted that the classmate was Yeon’s true fated one if his past self hadn’t fucked with the string before. Anyway, I don’t hate the amnesia trope, but in this case it’s being used as a way to break with fate, so then I think it should be taken to it’s logical conclusion have them not be together ever again. Of course, that’s not gonna happen, so then, yes, it’s just a cheap plot point.
so agreeee!! i’m actually so annoyed they’ve done a memory loss ark,especially with a 7/8yr time skip. Authors have just been kinda shit atm,haven’t found any manhwa that is actually good atm.
help i lowkey agree with you. the manhwa as of recently has just been a mess and not to my liking at all. this memory loss plot point was just... bad? i can't see why someone would think this is enjoyable, it's just frustrating and not good writing.
i only read rsq because the ratings were stupidly high (9.6(!)) but honestly i don't think it's deserving of that rating at all. if others enjoy the story, then good for them but i just can't find it in me to continue it. dropped.
i agree 100% with you. in the beginning it was good until season 2, it went down so quickly, and now the memory loss it makes the story even less interesting. i used to be excited to read this, mostly because it was a pornhwa LOL, but now it’s really just bad, authors need to learn how to write a story
