Good luck getting the moderators to actually do anything on this site, they're practically nonexistent.
Best you can try to do is to email them at [email protected] yourself, link the story and mention it poses a risk for a DMCA claim. Maybe then they'll remove it. 2 reply

It's better to contact the uploader and ask them to remove it. And, of course, tell them the reason why this comic should be removed from this site.
