No. Religion is extremely harmful and constantly pushing out horrible ideals reinforcing misogynistic values(applies to all) and glorifying men(applies to all) and I can’t think of a single one that isn’t extremely homophobic.

I'mma be honest, I respect SOME religion and I understand this is just simply people's beliefs and normal in life. I've seen some women love Christian veils and Hijab without being forced to. I would like to say that our beliefs is the one thing we truly control. God is not real, nor are aliens, nor are unicorns however in my belief, if they are real they live in my mind. Neither. I mean, people COULD do that with religion -- but the framing of the choice boxes or limits the nature and behavior as to why we turn to it. Broadly speaking religion is just one of the many ways people exercise an internal sense of faith and self-actualization reply

It actually just depends on the mentality of the person, we have to realize that not everyone thinks the same, yes, both can be true, we can turn to religion, to find ourselves and escape ourselves.
