Guys i cant fuking sleep ever since vacation started i have not been able to sleep around 10 its fucking 2:19 rn next thing ill know its the fucking morning
always had this same kind of problem esp when it’s finally summer vacation but the easiest solution i did was to tire myself the whole day (exercise, swim, or just do so much household chores) so I can sleep early try it if you’d like to sleep early gng(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ reply
