The thing is, BL's fandom is also filled with fetishizing fellas, how many people don't even bother to remember the characters' name and refer them as their position in bed? Or how many times we see "who's the top/bottom" whenever a new story comes out? That's pretty degrading to be considered appreciating, in my humble opinion as a gay myself.

most "redemption arcs" in bls arent that at all, the character who got abused or wronged in any way always forgives the abuser and forgets what they did to em, theres no actual accountbility from the abuser its always so fucking shitty and i hate how loving slop fujos will praise stories like that 2 reply
