Lately there a lot site shutting down like Bato and Newtoki and they even take down a Spanish Speaking manga/manhwa site called TuMangaOnline. Do you think mangago next because they tons of manhwa and mangadex luckily survive but they lost 7 thousand manga and manhwa. But I'm scared mangago doesn't have much of a strong support like dex and they have tons of manhwa which is the main Target of this takedown
Bruhhh I hope not I've been on this site everday since elementary(now an adult). I cannot lose mangago or my life will literally be over and absolutely boring.(╯°Д °)╯╧╧
The mangadex solution of this. Is the site owner doesn't have any profit of the site because of the situation. Idk if the mangago is the same Sad new account
Didn't mangadex sold out in the long run tho? They're turning their platform into something like crunchyroll.
As long as illegal readers zip their mouths and not mention these pirate sites esp. on twitter where the authors can see it, there's chances that it won't get noticed by publishers. Many times pirate sites caught heat bec. of the readers. They fucking advertise that they read it an unofficial site.
Use dms when sharing names of pirate sites.
Also, if you read illegal shit, just dont post it on socmed (ESP. ON AN AUTHORS POST) particularly those that don't have official en translations yet because the author can put two and two together than you are reading their works elsewhere without buying.
Oh don't even mention it, I've been gatekeeping this place with my life. I'm not on twt anymore but the situation with TMO was pretty bad, like Korean authors were trashing people up and down and being racist and shit. A whole mess...
All we can do is place our trust into the site handlers, it's seems like they're taking down sites that first pop up on searches and as far as I know mangago isn't even on the first or second page in google
Tbh it's like a 25-40% chance mggo gets shutdown anytime SOON it may be later but not now. We can still get official raws to translate and update new chapters and mggo will function normally like it does any other day, just that we don't know how far the concerned authorities are going to go with taking down piracy sites... If they decide to go full throttle and take down every piracy site with korean manhwas then we're doomed
idk, mangago doesnt have a very large userbase, so in the time stuff like Mangafire which has more titles and like 100k users is still up I dont think theres too much to worry about.

Well yes and no cus we don't know, they have been trying to get rid of this since 2021
as long as we keep our mouth shut and don't snitch this site's name, i think we are safe
Even if you don't the problem is the amount of ppl using it and how much the owner makes off it is who they arrest base on
