Why did nobody tell me the Untamed have different versions and im just founding out today TwT

I watch the netflix version years ago and suddenly i feel like rewatching it , so watch on another site/platform .

I was like 11 episodes in until i realized "huh .. i dont remember any of these scene being like this .." . Thennn i went on to google and search if the untamed have different versions of smth. AND TURNS OUT IT HV LIKE .. THREE ??! (Picture in the reply) And even a few other stories for Wen Ning as a main character wth ??!! And i just found out now ?? AM I EVEN A FAN ?? CAN I EVEN CALL MYSELF THAT TWT
