Feminine bottoms that look like children

Why does almost 85% of bl with feminine bottoms just look like children....some of their bodies even look like the body of a pre pubescent boy when they're supposed to be in their twenties...the size of their whole torso is the top's hand too like I get some people are into size deferences but atleast make their bodies and faces that of an adult. the weird cutesy act where they act like children is concerning too, especially in manhwas, because it shows toxic standards of femininity being associated with infantilization and being child like. It's not even about being too woke or applying morals onto fiction, it's just that you say the man is an adult yet you make him look like a child on purpose? That's just weird
