whats your goal? if you want muscles and strength then i highly recommend calisthenics. fat loss? cardio, highly recommend running & swimming. for best result calisthenics + twice a week cardio. swimming is so underrated if your diet is shit & youre not in a calorie deficit then forget it   1 reply
