Are there any workouts I can do at home which I can buy like cheap equipment for which will help burn off fat and build alittle muscle? I was thinking about going to the gym but I need to be saving up for my formal dress so im not dropping $21+ a week rn to go to the gym
Going for runs outside, cycling, and even jump roping are good forms of cardio, and you can burn fat pretty well that way
You can also look into stuff like beginner calisthenics. Calisthenics uses basically no equipment (and looks cool af once you get good at it). Its a good way to build muscle

whats your goal? if you want muscles and strength then i highly recommend calisthenics. fat loss? cardio, highly recommend running & swimming.
for best result calisthenics + twice a week cardio. swimming is so underrated
