my hairs virgin, pitch black, and slightly wavy. to my queens who got their hair bleached:
was it difficult to maintain afterwarss??? did yalls hair fall off cuz thats what ive been warned about and how many times do yall have to re dye. im planning on going like dark honey brown but i still need to bleach and im scared its gonna ruin my hair permanently
i've got fine pitch black asian hair and have been dyeing it since seventh grade (i'm a year post grad now). the most i've gotten it bleached was thrice, and it definitely ruins the hair permanently unless properly cared for and maintained with oils & treatment.

My hair’s thin and black but I still went to salon to have it bleached and dyed blonde.
I got a natural straight hair too so maintaining wasn’t a problem, I used hair treatment once a week and keratin for my hair conditioner,, I didn’t re dye tho. I grew my hair and just chopped it off.

(sorry for the long response) i went platinum with permed hair (originally black and pin straight). lowkey got lazy and didnt do hair masks so the only thing i used was purple shampoo for the colour and it didnt fall out. just make sure to use lots of heat protectant if you style or blowdry your hair and do the hair care because i had a lot of spli...... reply
