Tbh in this economy im currently just dreaming about an affordable apartment near the waterfront. There's one apt thats my dream one that I'm saving up so I can comfortably fall back on my savings in the case of any emergency.
It's 15 minutes to my workplace, passes through two waterfronts and 15 to a really nice shopping+park area. And right acr...... 1 reply
