Outlast.
Watched a no commentary playthrough as a kid when it released and that genuinely disturbed me. Like I got scared when the enemies rushed at the player and they were just rushing to hide like I was the one running for my life. Setting is so gruesome and story is tragic if you pay attention to the lore.
