Isn’t is kinda weird when some people who read bl drop or hate on bls with female side characters… like I was literally scrolling though a comment section and someone genuinely was like “Why am I seeing an XX chromosome in my bl manhwa… let’s keep it men only” like as if women who make up a huge part of the bl audience are some odd phenomenon, no idea why some people are acting like there being women side characters is the end of the world. Mind u this bl this person was commenting on was literally amazing, and bls with female side characters are always peak. Seeing people saying their dropping something simply because there is a relevant female character is craazy but you do you
People will foam at the mouth seeing a woman dare to exist or come between two men in a BL but will also turn around and call YOU a misogynist for not wanting to engage with a genre centering men. Make it make sense, please.

Honestly most BLs don't really portray women side characters in a good light, I have read many a times where MC/ml's female friends happen to believe good looks and social standing are everything, it's pretty much based on shallow korean social coding in case of manhwas (what 4b movement? Lol). A lot of these women characters don't really have much...... reply
People are so in denial about their own misogyny, I made a comment saying bl readers react differently if an ex of of the mc or ml is a man or a woman and usually use misogynistic language for the woman while they usually ask for side stories for the man with a new love interest and I got like 10 dislikes and two users started beef with me and bloc...... reply
