Need help finding a title

I only remember a bit of this before the reading list purge but it’s about coworkers and this girl who “wants” to climb the social ladder and get with this typical got accomplished guy but falls for a guy that looks “plain.” The last I remember was him coming back from an errand dripping wet from the rain and she hands him a towel to prevent anyone else from seeing his good looks lol.
