I seek the knowledge of the wisdom masters

I'm an artist and I'd love to try doing commissions or freelancing jobs but this field doesn't really do well in my country but other places it doss and there's no problem here. The PROBLEM is that the usual paying methods most artist use doesn't here like PayPal or Kofi and etc, and I'm kinda frustrated now (SO FRUSTRATED!!!) (〜￣△￣)〜
